Finished at last!

Are you tired of not knowing which type of Volkswagen you're staring at? Me too. But thanks to Squaresailor's Aircooled Volkswagen Spotter's Guide those days are gone. Here now, on one novelty, increasingly oversized page, you'll find every production built, aircooled VW that ever rolled out of the factory, right at your fingertips for instant identification. Never again will you confuse a Type 113 with a 155, or a Type 214 with a 312. Hooray!

A couple of notes

The Guide is not intended to be a comprehensive, year-by-year list of every single model change. Rather, it will show that, at some point in time, each of these vehicles was produced in the factory. However I will draw major model overhauls, for example, the 2nd generation buses.

With the exception of the military models and the vehicles depicted on the bottom row, each of these cars could be ordered from your local VW dealership, as they appear. The vehicles on the bottom row would have been modified by a third party, after delivery.
